Heng Ann Engineering Pte Ltd is established in 1979. It first started as a service provider through offering of repair and maintenance services to construction firms. In the 80s, with Heng Ann’s extensive R&D, it developed long reach packages in response to the industry’s need to further utilize the fleets of excavators.
